OUR PROCESS

In the Spring of 2021, we created a Strategic Planning Committee comprised of school board members, administrators, teachers, support staff, parents, and students. The purpose of this committee was to assess the current and future needs of our district. Through the work of our Strategic Planning Committee, we have developed our mission, vision, collective commitments, and district pillars. We look forward to working collaboratively as one school with one mission.

Our Pillars and Five-Year Strategic Objectives

The following district pillars in the red font will organize Wilmot Union High School's continuous improvement work over the long term.  Listed under each pillar are the 5-year strategic objectives for the system. We will articulate key action steps on an annual basis within this five-year cycle to:
